Intention
Every ceremony starts with a clear intention. You learn to set it for yourself and for a whole group.
Since 2023 we have taught the craft of the cacao ceremony – preparing ceremonial cacao, holding a safe space and guiding a circle – to more than 1,200 students in 50 countries.
World of Cacao is an international academy for cacao ceremony facilitators. Whether you want to deepen your own practice or guide others professionally: every training follows the four parts of a real ceremony.
Every ceremony starts with a clear intention. You learn to set it for yourself and for a whole group.
Where ceremonial cacao comes from, how to choose it, dose it and prepare it with care.
Holding space for a group: meditation, breath, sound and sharing, in person and online.
What happens after the ceremony: closing the circle, caring for people and growing as a facilitator.
Cacao has been part of ceremony in Mesoamerica for thousands of years. Today a cacao ceremony brings people together around a warm cup of ceremonial cacao: an intention is set, the cacao is shared, and the facilitator guides the group through meditation, breath, music and sharing.
A good ceremony doesn’t happen by chance. It comes from preparation, a safe space and someone who knows how to hold it. That is what we teach.

World of Cacao started in 2023 with one goal: an online training that teaches the cacao ceremony properly. Practical, respectful of its roots, and open to anyone who feels called to hold space for others.
Our teachers work with people every week. The curriculum comes out of that practice.
Helps people work through emotional wounds and deep-rooted patterns, and teaches how to hold a safe space.
Teaches the business side: online ceremonies, pricing and finding your first participants.
Our graduates share their experience with each new group in the private community.
